Ambrosia

 

 

Ingredients:

 

8        plumb, juicy oranges

1 - 2   freshly grated, frozen or canned coconut

2        tablespoons confectioners’ sugar to taste

 

 

Directions:

 

Peel oranges.  Separate the segments from the white members and seeds carefully, keeping as much of the orange wedge shape as possible.  Layer and add coconut in cut glass bowl.  Taste and add a dusting of confectioners’ sugar if oranges and coconut are not sweet enough.  CHILL and Serve
