Apple Cranberry Bake

 

 

 

6 Granny Smith Apples

1 lb fresh Cranberries

 

 

Peel, core and slice apples.  Arrange apples in a Pyrex dish.

Sprinkle cranberries over the apples.

 

 

Topping

 

 

1 Cup Light Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

1 Tablespoon Vanilla

2 oz. Butter,  melted

12 oz. jar Smuckers Apricot Preserves

« cup Pecans, chopped

 

Mix ingredients together, except Pecans.  Spoon topping over

Apple Cranberry mixture.  Sprinkle pecans over top.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
