Chocolate Eclair Cake

 

 

 

Mix 1 box {FAMILY SIZE } of Vanilla Pie and Pudding Mix as

indicated on the box.  Set aside and let cool.  When cool mix

with 1 large container of Cool Whip.

 

Put 1 layer of Graham Crackers on the bottom of about a 9 x

13 pan.  Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the layer of

crackers.  Put on another layer of Graham Crackers.  Spread

remaining pudding mixture over this layer of crackers. Put on

another layer of crackers.  Cover this layer of crackers with

the following chocolate icing.

 

CHOCOLATE ICING

 

Melt together -

              1/2 bar of German Chocolate

              3 Tablespoons of Butter

              3 Tablespoons of Milk

              1 Tablespoon Karo Syrup

        Add-  1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar.

 

Spread over the top layer of above.
