The Best Coconut Cake You Ever Tasted

 

Ingredients:

 

1          box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

4          eggs

1/2       cup crisco oil

1          cup of sweet milk

 

Directions:

 

Mix all together, bake in 4 layers at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.  Let cool slightly.

 

Filling:

 

3          6 ounces packs frozen coconut

1          8 ounce carton sour cream

1 1/2    cups sugar

1          tsp vanilla

 

Mix together and let stand until sugar dissolves.  Put betwwen layers and top. 

 

Store in refrigerator.
