Corn Casserole

 

1 No. 2 can Cream Corn

1 12 oz. Whole Kernel Corn

1/2 Cup grated Onion

2 Pimentoes, chopped

2/3 cup Milk

1 Egg, well beaten

1 cup rolled Cracker crumbs

1 cup grated American Cheese

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

Salt and Pepper to taste.

 

     Combine all ingredients, mix well, por into buttered

2-Quart Casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves
