TEX-MEX DIP

 

 

 

2-lbs ground beef

2-lbs Velveeta Cheese

2 16-ounce jars of Picante Sauce ( I use Old El Paso , thick n’ chunky – medium)

 

Lightly brown beef – drain fat

Cube cheese, add to beef.

Add Picante Sauce.

 

Stir until cheese melts – let simmer over low heat, about five (5) minutes

 

Serve with Fritos
