Ham Ball

 

10 - 12 ozs ground Ham

3 tablespoons salad cubes

3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

3 tablespoons French Mustard

1 inch Anchovy Past (optional)

1 teaspoon Lemon-Pepper

4 oz Butter room temperature

 

Mix together.

 

Place on cheese board - make ball

 

Chop 1 tablespoon Parsley

Chop 2 hard boiled eggs fine

Mix together coat ham ball

 

Chill till ready to serve

 

Serve with crackers - Wheatsworth

 

Can be used for sandwich filling.
