Ham Hash

 

24 oz. Hash Browns - defrost, break into container

1 Cup  Chopped onion

4 oz. Cheddar Cheese- shredded

3 oz. Butter

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Cracked black pepper

2 cups Chopped Ham

Mix all together

 

Spray 8 X 12 Pyrex dish with PAM

Press ham into mold

 

Topping

 

2 oz. butter melted

4 oz. sharp cheddar

2 cups plain corn flakes- Crushed

Mix and pour on top

 

BAKE at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes

Place foil underneath
