Mushroom Bread                     

 

Ingredients:

 

1          loaf French bread cut diagonally

1          lb. Swiss cheese, stuffed between slices

2          sticks of butter

1          lb. mushroom, sliced

1          Tsp. dry mustard

1/2       tsp. lemon juice’

1          Tsp. poppy seeds

1          tsp seasoned salt

 

Directions:

 

Melt butter - add other ingredients and cook several minutes, spoon on top of cheesy stuffed bread - wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
