8-ounce package cream cheese

powdered sugar

salad dressing or mayonnaise

16-ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1/3-cup
maraschino cherry halves

16-ounce can fruit cocktail, drained

8-ounce can crushed pineapples, drained
2-cups
miniature marshmallows
1/3-cup
whipped cream

drops red food coloring
Additional
whipping cream for garnish
Whip cream cheese in a mixture. Add
powdered sugar and mix till well blended. Add vanilla and blend in salad
dressing or mayonnaise. Fold in fruit and marsh mellows. Whip cream and fold
into mixture. Add food coloring and mix- salad should be pale pink. Ladle into
5-ounce serving or soufflé cups. Freeze immediately, at least overnight.
Defrost about 15 minutes before
serving
