Scalloped Oysters

 

 

               

 

1 1/2 cups Cracker crumbs

1 stick margarine

1 pint oysters

1/2 Tsp salt

1/2 cup grated cheese

1/4 Tsp paprika

1/2 Tsp cellery salt

1 egg

1/3 cup of milk plus liquid from oysters, making about 1/2 cup

 

Combine crumbs and butter, mix together egg, seasoning and liquid.  Cover greased casserole with layers crumbs, half of oysters, topping with egg mixture.

Bake at  359 degrees,  25 to 30  minutes until lightly brown.
