SQUASH CASSEROLE  SHIRLEY

 

2 cups cooked squash

¾ stick butter

2 eggs

1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup evaporated milk

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 cup onion chopped

2 cup crackers or bread crumbs

 

 

Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well, pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish, place bread crumbs on top and bake at 375 degrees about 40 minutes. Serves 6
