SWEET AND SOUR LITTLE SMOKIES

 

Spray pot with PAM

 

1/3-cup chili sauce

2/3-cup Ketchup

2/3-cup brown service

2 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 teaspoon soy sauce

5-6 ounce pepper jelly

 

Mix together and heat when ready to serve.

When sauce is hot, drop in bite size franks . When ends are rounded they are done.

 

1 ½ - 2 lbs frankfurters (cut into bite size pieces)  or meatballs.

 

Sauce can be mixed night before. Cover with Saran wrap, do not refrigerate.

 

I usually make two batches. These go fast.
