VEG-ALL CASSEROLE

 

 

 

1 can VEG-ALL (drained)

1 cup chopped CELERY

1 cup chopped ONIONS

1 8 ½  oz. can sliced WATER CHESTNUTS

½ cup CHEDDAR CHEESE    

1 cup MAYONAISE

 

 

          Mix and put into a buttered casserole.  Crunch 24 RITZ CRACKERS  and sprinkle with a little melted butter.  Sprinkle on top, cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.  Total baking time is 30 minutes.
